About Us

The founder of Anassa Capital previously worked at Brunswick Rail for more than 10 years to develop the Company into a large player in operating leasing of freight railcars with ca. $1.5bln in assets and with a fleet of more than 40,000 railcars.

In December 2021 the founder decided to focus on international private equity investments in special and turnaround situations through his own private equity company Anassa Capital.

Over the years the founder has raised in excess of $3bn in debt and equity financings, including international syndicated loans, Eurobond, common equity, preferred and mezzanine financings and executed multiple M&A transactions.
