Expertise: transportation, FMCG, private equity and financial sectors.

Prior to founding Anassa Capital in 2022, Nicolas served for the last 5 years as CEO and prior to that as CFO of Brunswick Rail, a rail operating leasing company, and Brunswick Capital, a private equity fund with investments in the financial sector (Brunswick UBS), real estate and logistics. Before that Nicolas served as CFO of Danone Group in Moscow and senior manager at Ernst & Young in the Audit and Corporate Finance Department.

Nicolas graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Paris II.

Expertise: commodities trading, transportation and logistics.

Prior to joining Anassa Capital in 2023, Vigintas held senior positions in trading and logistics companies Trafigura Beheer BV (Coal and Iron Ore Department), Coalimex Group (Managing Director of Coal Trading), Eurodiscount Intl. Inc. (Head of representative office), Eurobalt GmbH (Head of representative office).

Vigintas graduated with Honors from Kaunas Technological University with a degree in Radioelectronics.

Expertise: transportation and logistics.

Vladimir Pan joined Anassa Capital in 2022, previously working in Brunswick Rail as Head of financial and investment analysis. Prior to joining Brunswick Rail, Vladimir worked as financial modeling analyst in consulting and media industry.

Vladimir has a M.A. degree in Strategic Management from Lomonosov State University and is CFA charterholder.
